The PAGANI DESIGN Chronograph PD1718 does not display a seconds hand. The function of the large seconds hand is 'stopwatch', the function of the small dial at 9 o'clock is 'minute counter', and the function of the small dial at 3 o'clock is '24-hour system'. All buttons on the watch are accessible.
